Agreement

By using mediharbor.net or placing an order, you agree to these Terms. MediHarbor provides durable medical equipment and related services to qualified customers.

Orders, prescriptions & payment

Some items require a valid prescription and documentation for insurance billing; we can help obtain these. You authorize us to verify coverage and bill Medicare, commercial PPO insurance, long-term care insurance, workers' compensation, or process private pay as applicable. Prices and coverage are estimates until confirmed.

Returns & rentals

For health and safety reasons, certain items are non-returnable once used. Rental terms, billing cycles, and pickup are provided at the time of order.
