We use the information and documents you provide only to: serve your request and provide equipment and services (treatment); verify coverage and bill Medicare, commercial PPO insurance, long-term care insurance, workers' compensation, or process private pay (payment); and run our day-to-day operations. We never sell your information.

How we protect it

Information submitted through our secure form and uploads is transmitted and stored using encryption and access controls. Files you upload (such as a prescription or insurance card) are handled only by authorized staff to fulfill your request.

Information collected on this website

When you place an order or contact us we collect the details you provide (name, phone number, email, address, insurance information, and any documents you upload). Our website also uses analytics cookies (Google Analytics, Microsoft Clarity, and advertising pixels) to understand site usage and measure our advertising; these tools do not receive your health information or order details.

Text messaging (SMS) privacy

If you opt in to text messages from MediHarbor, we use your mobile number only to send the messages described in our SMS Terms (order updates, delivery scheduling, documentation follow-ups, and service notifications). No mobile information will be shared with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes. Text messaging originator opt-in data and consent will not be shared with any third parties, excluding vendors acting on our behalf solely to deliver messages. You can opt out at any time by replying STOP.
