Before we arrive

We'll confirm a delivery window and call ahead. Please clear a path to the room, make space where the equipment will go, and secure any pets. If possible, have the patient or a caregiver present.

When we arrive

A background-screened, trained technician brings your equipment, checks the space, and brings it in discreetly — we deliver to homes, facilities, hotels, and more.

Setup & training
